Once a collector takes possession of our products, we want to clarify that we cannot be held liable for any damage that may occur thereafter. This means we are not responsible for refunding, exchanging, replacing, or providing compensation for products that have been mishandled by customers.
We do not assume responsibility for failed delivery, mishandling or damages caused by the shipping service. Rest assured that our partner meticulously inspects each product multiple times before they pass the quality control checks for shipment. Only pristine reproductions are carefully packaged to ensure your complete satisfaction upon receipt.
We kindly request that you thoroughly and attentively read the product descriptions before making a purchase. It is essential to understand that we cannot be responsible for compensating customers who do not review the information provided in the product description prior to their purchase.
Cancellation and Refund Policy

I understand the discount code is for one-time use and cannot be clubbed with other offers.
I agree that once the order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Delivery takes 8- 10 working days (Mumbai) or 10-12 days (outside Mumbai).
I acknowledge returns are accepted for damaged products within 7 days after the tour.
I confirm that product dimensions and colors are as per the images provided. Replacements for incorrect size or color once ordered are not encouraged.
Shipping
Be default, orders within India are sent via courier. Orders shipped outside India are always shipped via Express Courier.
Kesari Tours is not responsible for undelivered packages based on incorrect shipping address given by the customer. Please ensure that you provide the complete and correct mailing addresses at the checkout.
Duties and Taxes
Please note that any applicable taxes and duties are not included in the checkout total. These charges are determined by the customs agency in the destination country, and whether they apply can vary from country to country. The customs agency will typically notify the recipient, either by mail, phone, or email, regarding the payment of these charges, which allows the shipment to proceed to its intended destination.
Responsibilities for paying any duties, value-added tax, or similar charges rests with the customer. Please be aware that all items are declared at their actual purchase value for shipping purposes, and under no circumstances will any documents be falsified.
